Preferred Employer Program

With over 60 unique communities throughout the Twin Cities metro area there is definitely a Steven Scott Management, Inc. apartment that will meet your needs…and we can’t wait to help you find it! What’s more, as a preferred employee you can take advantage of our Preferred Employer Program and receive special move-in savings. Here’s how it works:

• View all of Steven Scott’s Apartment Communities throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area. 

• Choose the community where you would like to live and tell the onsite staff that you are a preferred employee and what employer you work for. (See below for a listing of participating employers.)

• Apply, and if you meet Steven Scott’s rental requirements you’ll receive a rental discount or reduced security deposit – a savings of $200-400! (Note: savings vary by site.)
